Our Offerings

  • COMMUNITY COUNSELING*

We know the cost of counseling can be a barrier to getting help. We provide six free or equity-based pay sessions with a local mental health provider to any qualified Teton Valley resident.

*Formerly our Crisis Counseling Program, but now open to all valley residents in need. No need to be in crisis to access this program, but there is a screening process we’ll walk you through.

  • NAVIGATION & CONNECTION

We know it can be overwhelming figuring out what you need, much less navigating the system and actually connecting to care. Our Case Manager can help match you with a provider, point you to online resources, and/or design a plan that meets your needs.

  • SCHOOL-BASED COUNSELING

We provide free resources for school children in need who attend participating Teton County School District 401 schools. For more information please contact your child’s school counselor.

  • SUPPORT GROUPS

We are better together. So, we offer a variety of support groups throughout the month. Check out our calendar for the most up-to-date information and descriptions.

  • CONSULTATION

Is there a mental health issue you need help solving? Do you want to develop strong policies that support the wellness of the people you employ? Or perhaps you want some training or support around a particular issue that’s impacting a family member or cropping up at work. We can design a plan that empowers you to best care for the people you care for.

  • SUPERVISION

Working alone is hard. We all need support. We offer an equity-based pay option to all local mental health providers for consultation and supervision.

Check out our free Tuesday Talks on the 3rd Tuesday of the month for peer support and connection.

Other Things We Do

  • OUTREACH

We are continuously working to reach the public where they are. We strive to take counseling off the couch and into the community. We work behind the scene to connect with people, organizations, businesses, and government agencies in order to promote mental wellness, design policies, and make Teton Valley number one in mental health care.

  • EDUCATION

We believe everyone should have easy access to the resources, supports, and care strategies they need to thrive. We provide education through our social media channels, newsletters, resource guides, and a monthly column in the Teton Valley News.

  • ADVOCACY

We want the people of our valley to be empowered and have the knowledge, confidence, means, and ability to attend to their mental wellness. Which is why we always advocate for individuals, groups, and policies that promote best practices in mental health care.
