Meet Our Staff

  • Sara McKeown White, LCPC

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Sara has been involved with the Coalition in various capacities since moving to the valley in 2011. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Counselor Supervisor. Her 10+ years of clinical work focused on trauma-informed care for individuals and families. She was honored to join the leadership at the MHC in the summer of 2021, as it allows her to use her passion for prevention, social justice, and systems-level work. She loves naps, learning, and dreaming about what the world will look like when all mental health needs are met.

  • Faith Dixon

    OPERATIONS & PROGRAMS MANAGER

    Faith comes to the Coalition as a lifelong learner of all things psychology and wellness. Her work focuses on supporting the organization and its clients with her skills of managing complex systems and resources, and her values of curiosity and caring deeply about people and their well-being. She’s always up for an adventure and trying or learning something new are part of her daily self-care. She also meditates daily — for real!!

Meet Our Board

  • Lori Lloyd

    BOARD CHAIR

    Lori holds a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine. She is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Board Certified in Chinese Herbal Medicine. She has been in private practice since 2007 and has had an office in Driggs since 2015. A principle of Chinese Medicine is to view each person in a holistic manner of body, mind, and spirit. Over the years Lori began to understand just how important mental health was to healing and now devotes her continuing education to this study. Lori is passionate about giving her patients the tools and guidance to help transform their lives. When asked to become a board member of the Teton Valley Mental Health Coalition, she jumped at the chance to be able to help serve more of the community at large and support this amazing organization.

  • Tony Ferlisi

    VICE-CHAIR

    Tony joined the Teton Valley Mental Health Coalition board in the spring of 2021. He values the critical role that mental health resources play in all communities, especially those in the rural west like Teton Valley. He is committed to doing what he can to help make them available to our neighbors who need access to them most. Tony brings years of non-profit experience to the board and an enthusiasm for building resilient, robust, and action-oriented community partnerships.

  • Anna Gunderson

    TREASURER

    Anna Gunderson joined the board in 2021. She works for Teton Valley Hospital as a family practice Physician Assistant. She is excited to be a part of the Teton Valley Mental Health Coalition because she works with mental health patients daily and recognizes the needs of the community. Anna has recently been learning medical Spanish and is planning to expand our mental health resources to the Latino community.

  • Rebecca Parkinson

    SECRETARY

    Becca’s affiliation with the Teton Valley Mental Health Coalition began in 2015, when she served as an agency representative for local Fire/EMS looking to improve awareness of and access to local mental health resources. Her small-town New England upbringing combined with 20 years of experience working in outdoor education and first response has solidified her belief that strong teams and supportive communities are the nets we need to survive - and thrive - in our rural mountain towns. She joined the board in 2018 and remains invested in improving access to mental wellness resources for both first responders and the community at large.

  • Allison Michalski

    Allison Michalski joined the Teton Valley Mental Health Coalition board in the spring of 2022. She lives and works in Driggs, and she cares deeply about the health of our community and its residents. When she isn't volunteering with the Teton Valley Mental Health Coalition, Allison is working for the Greater Yellowstone Coalition protecting public lands and safeguarding clean waters in Southeastern Idaho. She studied environmental law and policy at Vermont Law School, earning both her Juris Doctor and Master of Environmental Law and Policy, and is now a member of the Idaho State Bar as well as the owner and operator of Mountain Mediation Services.
