    Bio:

Christina is a licensed clinical social worker and emotional intelligence coach with twenty years experience in the field. She loves working with people who want to grow and challenge themselves.

Her early years of practice were in community mental health where she saw people struggling with many different issues: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, relationship issues, personality disorders, addictions and tough life transitions. It was in this setting that mindfulness became a key component in her work with clients.

Later she was recruited by St John’s hospital in Jackson, WY to work as the clinical social worker for their Hospice and Home Health department. The experiences she had working with people who are dying and their families were both humbling and inspirational. Supporting people in their grief is one of her specialties.

Today her private practice helps people to build self awareness and empathy so they may create healthier, happier and more effective lives and relationships.
