    Bio:

    Lou provides individual, couples and family therapy. An area of his specialization is in the provision of biofeedback for the treatment of chronic pain, anxiety and stress related disorders. Lou received his bachelor’s degree in sociology from Penn State University and his Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. His career has spanned over 35 years with positions in rural mental health, family and adolescent outpatient and inpatient treatment, and private practice. When not in the clinic, Lou enjoys hiking, mountain biking, climbing, floating the river and skiing with his wife and two sons, Chris and Mike.

    Bio:

    Amy is a licensed clinical social worker who provides a warm, supportive environment so that you can feel comfortable getting back to the true You. She likes to work collaboratively with her clients and their families, and believes that therapy can help people feel more connected to themselves and those around them. Amy specializes in divorce and blended families, as well as grief and loss.

    Bio:

    Jeffrey has a Master’s Degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from Lewis and Clark College. He utilizes multiple therapeutic modalities to help people who have experienced traumatic events, and broken couple’s attachments. His previous therapy position was as an intensive community-based Family Therapist for a social service agency in Oregon & Idaho. During that time, he worked with families, couples, and children with multi-generational legacies of poverty, broken attachments, and abuse. Jeffrey weaves threads of attachment theory, emotionally-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and trauma reprocessing into his practice.

    His practical life experience in loss, parenting, husbanding, blended families, climbing, trail running, biking, yoga, meditation, and living abroad all combine to inform his practice as a therapist with Two Rivers Counseling.

    Charlotte is a licensed clinical professional counselor with experience and training in Emotionally Focused Therapies, who meets with individuals (adolescents and adults), couples and families. Her focus is on therapeutic safety, attachment based & emotionally focused therapies. She uses a collaborative approach to help clients be empowered in their growth & development. She also uses Polyvagal Theory to support you in your journey of better understanding the flow of your nervous system to improve emotional regulation.
